Fanti Research Atlas v0.5.0
Fanti Research Atlas v0.5.0
This version introduces the first visualization prototype built directly from the evidence-gated Genealogy v1 substrate.
Primary design decision: a 59-node graph is retained for audit only. Reader-facing use is a master orientation plus four technical drill-down maps.

Fanti Research Atlas — v0.4.0
v0.4.0 milestone
Evidence-Gated Genealogy v1 structured substrate completed. Added a canonical node registry, typed evidence-gated edge register, and automated causal/population/endpoint consistency checks. The corpus is now ready for visual rendering without broadening the evidence base.
Private research-atlas working build. Canonical content remains plain Markdown + YAML frontmatter.
v0.3.9 — Cornerstone Source-Hardening Audit
This build freezes provenance grades for the studies and claims that will carry major forks in Evidence-Gated Genealogy v1. It also separates source quality from attribution scope and adds independent historical-confidence and evidentiary-confidence fields for genealogy edges.
Main correction 1 — source quality and attribution are different questions
A source may be excellent primary evidence but still be only adjacent to Fanti's own research program. Impact VR is the clearest example: its RCT papers are high-quality primary sources, but Fanti is not an author on the located efficacy papers. They therefore remain adjacent-ecosystem evidence, not direct Fanti evidence.
Main correction 2 — the 2024 parent-child paper is source-hardened only at the primary abstract level
The publisher record securely verifies the 68-child high-CU sample, the three named parent-child interventions, and pre/post sadness-recognition and skin-conductance improvement. Condition-specific claims previously extracted from a public article-text mirror — including exact randomization cell sizes, the omnibus interaction pattern, and PCIT-CDI-CU-specific superiority — are now marked secondary-corroborated / not genealogy-eligible until the primary full text is directly inspected.
This is a provenance correction, not a finding reversal.
Main correction 3 — the school-prevention design remains usable with a provenance qualifier
The 2018 school trial's headline outcomes are confirmed by PubMed/publisher records. The exact article text available as an author-uploaded Springer e-offprint confirms that only one of three schools received the intervention and two served as controls. The study remains an important distal-outcome node, but its cluster limitation must travel with every causal claim.

Next execution step
Build Evidence-Gated Genealogy v1 using only genealogy-eligible claims. Any relationship that depends only on conference-stage evidence, a dissertation, or secondary-only detail must carry that status visibly on the edge.
