v0.3.9 provenance fields

source_provenance: publisher|pubmed|author-manuscript|institutional-repository|conference|secondary-mirror|other
attribution_scope: direct-fanti|fanti-lab|adjacent-ecosystem|external-context

Relationship-edge confidence

Every genealogy edge must carry both:

historical_confidence: high|moderate|low|unresolved
evidentiary_confidence: high|moderate|low|unresolved

Historical confidence concerns intellectual lineage. Evidentiary confidence concerns the scientific inference. They must not be collapsed.

Important rule

clinical_endpoint is not a boolean in v0.2. A symptom scale in a nonclinical sample must not be visually equated with a clinically demonstrated outcome.
