Relationship-edge confidence
Every genealogy edge must carry both:
historical_confidence: high|moderate|low|unresolved
evidentiary_confidence: high|moderate|low|unresolved
Historical confidence concerns intellectual lineage. Evidentiary confidence concerns the scientific inference. They must not be collapsed.
Important rule
clinical_endpoint is not a boolean in v0.2. A symptom scale in a nonclinical sample must not be visually equated with a clinically demonstrated outcome.
