Question
Can a short HRV-biofeedback intervention combined with an interactive video game alter physiological regulation under stress in young adults differentiated by antisocial behavior, CU traits, and anxiety?
Protocol
Two weeks, six 30-minute sessions. Early sessions established resonance-frequency breathing and HRV-breath synchronization; later sessions incorporated Zukor's Drive.

Direct findings
Intervention-related changes occurred in SC reactivity and LF/HF ratio, with effects differing across stress tasks and participant profiles. The dissertation highlights increased SC among high-antisocial/high-CU participants and lower LF/HF responses under stress in selected comorbid profiles.

The study demonstrates changes in physiological response patterns. The thesis interprets these as improved emotional regulation, but it does not provide public evidence in the located results that CU trait scores themselves declined.
